Asst. Video Producer
Allan E.
Allan Estesbes Jr. is originally from the Philippines, they moved to the U.S. at the age of six and have called White Center home ever since. What started as a love for watching movies evolved into a passion for the craft behind filmmaking...

—fascinated by how shots are framed, how scenes are put together, and the technical elements that bring stories to life. Allan Jr. Estebes recently worked on a docuseries about White Center, contributing to both production and camera work, and continues to build their experience in the film industry with a focus on visual storytelling and capturing the heart of every project they work on.
Director/Producer
Moses O.
Moses Olson resides in the Seattle area where he has spent well over a decade directing, writing, producing, and acting. "It's too hard to choose," which aspect he loves most and will continue to do all of them (as long as he's allowed to).

He has worked on projects for The American Cancer Society, Microsoft, AT&T, Sony Interactive, Nintendo, Valve's Steam, NBC, Amazon, SIFF, and a diverse array of award-winning shorts, music videos, and feature-length films.
Music Producer
Cham B.
Cham Ba is a hip hop artist from White Center located on the WestSide of Seattle on a bad day. He is a passionate music Director and Producer and has given wholeheartedly and thoughtfully to creating and producing the music to this docuseries.

Helen Shor-Wong has worked in White Center for 5 years. With 25 years of experience in community economic development, Helen has grown her organizing skills to support ethnic business districts, small business initiatives, and inclusive public spaces.

She hopes this work will amplify the stories that are important to our community and inspire community-led innovation and joy.

Jonathan Houser is a White Center based cinematographer with over 20 years of experience spanning various genres, including commercials, documentaries, narratives, and music videos.

Houser’s cinematography is characterized by an eye for detail and a commitment to authentic storytelling.

Community Liaison
Kimnang S.
Kimnang Seng was born and raised in White Center and currently lives there with his family. His work spans grassroots nonprofits, social work and case management, corporate sales, and currently community-based real estate development.

He believes that his development success is tied to the success of the communities he partners with and strives to create collaborations that create brighter futures for everyone involved. Given his relationship and artistry within the music and film industry, his love for White Center stories and passion for supporting entrepreneurial innovation, this work brings those passions together.
