The Nepantla Cultural Arts Gallery is located on the border of West Seattle and the White Center neighborhood. Lake Defense Force
Jay O’Neal is the owner and CEO of Lake Defense Force and SeaScapes NW.
Jay served in the Marine Corps, driving tanks while enlisted and as an aviation supply officer in Iwakuni, Japan. Jay now works in the environmental services industry, focused on residential and commercial recycling. The Lake Defense Force is a Seattle-based company built over the past ten years to protect and restore private and public waterfronts with natural techniques – no chemicals.
