About the event
We are finally debuting our Rooted in White Center Docuseries on March 14 from 6:45pm to 9:30pm in Savusa Hall! This film will share nine businesses from White Center and their take on White Center's past, present, and future.
This Rooted in White Center docuseries is part of the White Center Community Development Association’s (WCCDA) White Center Innovation Project, created to resist the displacement of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) immigrant and refugee-owned business owners in our unincorporated King County neighborhood of White Center which continues to experience the pressures of displacement.
